Born in Brooklyn, NY on May 3, 1922 and passed away peacefully at home on July 20, 2011. Hal graduated from Fordham, Columbia and Princeton Universities having earned Masters Degrees in Education and Physics. He pursued a career in education followed by work as an Insurance Underwriter until his retirement. Hal was preceded in death by his mother, Matilda, father, Harry, brothers Vincent and Joseph, two sisters, Madeleine and Claire. Hal is survived by his partner of 41 years, Mr. Dick Nicholls, and numerous nieces and nephews.
