Born May 16, 1943 the daughter of Lloyd L. and Mary E. (Matlock) Richard. Alice worked as a hairdresser at Main Connection in Bloomington, weas a member of the American Legion in Bloomington had also worker at A1 Beverage in Bloomington.
She is Survived by 1 son A.J. Whitlow (Heather) of Ellettsville, IN, 2 Daughters Dawn Van Pelt (Rich) of Bloomington, IN and Michelle Whitlow of Indianapolis, IN 1 Brother Charles Richardson of Bloomington, IN 2 Sisters Wilma Fiscus of Bloomington, Peggy Krebbs of Bloomington, IN 5 Grandchildren Megan, Chad, Taylor, Elijah and Evan and 1 Great Granddaughter Sophie.
She was preceded in death by: Parents, 1 Brother, Melville Richardson, 4 Sisters Dorothy Lammy, Barbara Noyes, Maude Reynolds and Phyllis Naylor and her Companion Wayne Hawkins.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 15, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Valhalla Memory Gardens with Rev. Chad Babbert officiating. There will be no visitation.
