COHOES Teresa A. Perry, 78, of Myrtle Ave., died Thursday, September 4, 2003 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born and educated in Cohoes, she was daughter of the late Victor Vanier and Veleta St. Martin Jourdanais and stepdaughter of the late Alfred Jourdanais Sr. Teresa was retired from Cohoes High School and had worked in the cafeteria there. She also had been employed at Krause's Restaurant and Grove in Halfmoon. She is survived by her children, Judith A. Sober of Georgetown, S.C., Teresa A. McBride of Halfmoon and Debra A. DePalmo of Cohoes; also her former husband Fred W. Perry of Cohoes. She is sister of the late Alice McCullough, Beatrice Ryan and Alfred Jourdanais Jr. Also surviving are her grandchildren whom she adored, Richard Smith, Angela and Tony DePalmo; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rt. 32), Waterford and at 9 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church in Cohoes. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday 4-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 295 Valley View Blvd., Rensselaer, NY 12144.
