Alayna Elizabeth Williamson (Gomez) 2 years old of Seagrove, NC., died Thursday, March 23, 2017.

Alayna was a beautiful child, an "Angel on Earth," who loves to praise and worship. Her smile could brighten any heart and she never met a stranger. She was a joy to her family and friends, full of energy and life. Alayna was so sweet, loving and eager to learn. They thank God for the time they had with her. Her family knew her as "Lay-Lay" or "Layna" and her memory and love will be a part of them forever.

She is survived by her mother, Sarah Williamson; father, Jonathan Gomez; grandparents, Gary and Sherry Williams, Clara Gomez; great grandparents, Gordon and Patricia Rivers; honorary grandparents, Pepaw and Nanny Sue May; aunts/uncles, Angela and Kenny Shue, Cody and Megan Williamson, Nathan Williamson, Johnathan Williamson, Luke Williamson, Caleb Williamson, Araceli and Ricardo Miranda, Manuel Gomez, Clarisa Gomez and many cousins.

The family received friends 6-8 PM, Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Kennedy Funeral Home, Robbins, NC.

The funeral services were held at 3 PM, Friday, March 31, 2017 at Bethel Church of God, Seagrove, NC; with the Rev. Larry May officiating.

Burial was made in Browns Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, Robbins, NC.
