Martha Ann Smith Stancil, 80, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2017.
Born in Six Mile she was the widow of Melvin Eugene Stancil and a daughter of the late Charles Leonard and Ethel Merck Smith. She retired from JP Stevens, Clemson Plant and was a member of Gap Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Grace Hedden of Donalds, and Gretta Hawkins of Travelers Rest; a son, Ronald Stancil of Liberty; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her brother Furman in WW II. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
