He is survived by his mother, Hazel Johnson, of Sun City West, Arizona; siblings, Martin (Nancy) Johnson, of Manitou Springs, Colorado, Steven (Martha), of Morro Bay, California, and Elise (Liz), of Seattle, Washington. He was preceded in death by father, Dr. Chester Johnson.
