Ethel Fay Daub, 83, of Denver, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018, at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.

She was born in Mount Airy to the late Alvin M. and Stella (Ludwig) Ulrich and was the wife of the late Walter D. Daub who passed away in 2001.

Ethel enjoyed bingo, shopping, playing cards, and going to the Hollywood Casino. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ethel was a homemaker and in her earlier years she worked for the Ephrata Shoe Factory in the cutting and painting department.

Ethel is survived by a daughter, LuAnn, wife of A. Scott Fisher of Denver; 3 grandchildren, Todd Heck, Tara Leininger, and Tricia Heck; great-grandchildren, Bradley and Katlyn Heck, Landon, Lauren, and Logan Leininger; a sister, Jeanette, wife of Harold Bauman of Stevens; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 5 siblings, Nelson Ulrich, Hazel Rogers, Gloria Foote, infants Russell and Betty Ulrich.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018, from 10 to 11am at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut Street, Denver. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
