Husband of Judith Mavis Cock, known professionally as Judith Durham, an Australian singer, songwriter and musician who became the lead singer of the Australian popular folk group "The Seekers" in 1963. Ron was her musical director and pianist, and they were married at Scot's Church in Melbourne, Australia on November 21, 1969. They lived in England and Switzerland until the mid-80s when they bought property in Nambour, Queensland. Edgeworth was diagnosed with motor neuron disease (MND) and died with Judith at his side in 1994. They had been married 25 years.
