Olive A. LeBarre-Rogers, age 96, of Battle Creek died Wednesday, December 20, 2006, at Battle Creek Health System. Olive was born on July 14, 1910, in Iron Mountain, Michigan, the daughter of Elmer and Ann (Cummins) Mullen. She was a graduate of Quinnsec High School and has been an area resident since 1927 coming from Iron Mountain. She was employed with the Kellogg Company in packaging for 37 and a half years retiring in 1973. She was a member of the Kellogg 25 Year Club.
She was married to her first husband John B. LeBarre who preceded her in death 1968, and then to Clyde Rogers who preceded her in death in 1978. Surviving are children, Melvin LeBarre of Battle Creek, Daniel (Jan) LeBarre of Ocala, FL, Jack (Karen) LeBarre of Bradenton, FL and Thomas (Almeda) LeBarre of El Paso, TX; 13 grandchildren; brother, Frederick Mullen of Garden, MI; sisters, Jane Delorenzo of Iron Mountain, MI, and Patsy Kelly of New Buffalo.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., today at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with the Rev. Louis Halsey officiating. Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
