Cải Lương stage actress, costume designer and dancer. Born to a artistic Cải Lương family in Saigon. She begin her career as an actress and dancer under her stage name Ngọc Hoa and was a member of Thanh Bình - Kim Mai (Renamed Huỳnh Long) theater. She was starring in theater productions with her colleagues including Bạch Mai, her elder sister. Following the reunification of Vietnam, she quit her acting career to begin her career in costume design for Huỳnh Long theater and others. Throughout her design career, she was designing costumes for film and theater productions such as "Ngọn Lửa Thăng Long," "Song Lang," "Anh Hùng Bán Than," "Tình Sử A Nàng" and "Xử Án Phi Giao." She was honored by HTV in a television program about people involved in Cải Lương costume design.
