My Mother Phyllis Maryanne Andrews. She endured until the end.
She was born May 14th, 1939 in Newark, New Jersey to James Vincent Celano and Thelma Maryanne Pilone Celano.
She moved with her parents and brothers out West to California when she was 9.
She attended St. Andrew's in Pasadena and graduated in 1957.
She began working with Ann Cavalieri at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office as a court typist and secretary.
She married my father, Yancy Leroy Andrews in 1968.
They had three children, Yancy Robert Andrews, James Edward Andrews (Myself), and Rebecca Renee Andrews.
Mom worked for Hesperia Unified School District and then for Victor Valley College eventually retiring in 2002.
She enjoyed her friends, Betty Buchanan, Lucy Gempeler, and Kathy Wells. She also loved her dogs, especially Gunner and Baby.
She endured the greatest tragedy any mother could face and loved her children and remained faithful to God all her life.

My Mother was the Best!
