Mrs. Pearl Auerswald, 89, died Saturday at 10:30 a.m in the United Methodist Village. She formerly lived in Bridgeport.
She was born July 8,1894 at Maunie, Ill., to Walter W. and Clora Cournter Brumblay.
She was a member of the Bridgeport First Christian Church.
Her husband, Herman Auerswald, preceded her in death in 1945.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Tom (Helen) Dale of Bridgeport, seven grand-children and 18 great-grandchldren.
The funeral service was held this morning from the Cunningham Funeral Home with Don Renner officiating. Burial was in the Bridgeport City Cemetery.
