Uphressa Lorretta (Barrett) (Cook) Rice
Granville-Mrs. E. Lorretta Rice,73 died Saturday night in Mary
McClellen Hospital,Cambridge. She is survived by four daughters,
Mrs. Harrison Hatch,North Granville:Mrs Lena Winchell,North
Bennington,Vt,Mrs Claude Sweet,Greeniwch,and Mrs. Mitchell Pete,
Chicopee,Mass., seven sons Harold Cook,Middle Granville;Raymond
and Lawrence Cook of Glens Falls;Edward Cook,North Bennington,VT,
John and Arthur Cook,West pawlet,VT; Delos Cook JR,Hartford; 67
Grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
The body is at the home of Mrs. Hatch,North Granvillle where
friends may call. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm.
Tuesday by the rev Clarence Winchell of North Granville.
Interment will be in North Grandville cemetery.
