RICHARD WAGONER
1937 - 2011

Richard Lee Wagoner, 74, of Morehead, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

He was born March 11, 1937, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a son of the late Alvia and Lula Hall Wagoner.

Richard was a member of Local 80 Carpenters Union in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Morehead First Freewill Baptist Church.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, William Wagoner and Scottie Wagoner, and one sister, Mary Elizabeth Wagoner Smith.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Juanita Grace Horsley Wagoner; two daughters, Teresa Andrews (Brian) of Joliet, Illinois, and Kim Kupczyk (Tim) of Plainfield, Illinois; six grandchildren, Aleisha Poole (Kenneth), Amanda Collins (Paul), Kegan Andrews (Shantee), Hayley Kupczyk, Jacalyn Kupczyk, Rayshaun Andrews; seven great grandchildren; and two great grandchildren arriving soon.
Other survivors include three sisters, Faye Wituszynski (Alex) of Green Valley, Arizona, Ina Johnson (Don) of Tutor Key, Kentucky, and Marcella Fannin (Harold) of Morehead, Kentucky, and one brother, Ora Wagoner (Annie) of Morehead, Kentucky. He also leaves many friends and family who will sadly mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. David Starcher and the Rev. Billy Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is after 6 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.

Pallbearers: Ronald Fannin, Alvia Smith, Kenneth Poole, Richie Ingle, Kegan Andrews, Tim Kupczyk, George Hyatt, and Hobert Webb.
