"Elizabeth Durham was first married to George Johnson. After George died in the Revolutionary War, Elizabeth married his brother Edmund Johnson."
PLEASE NOTE: I have researched this line for years and to date I have found NO PROOF that Elizabeth Durham ever married George Johnson OR that George and Edmund were brothers.
If anyone can provide documentation verifying these assertions, please contact me [email protected]. Thanks.
