Hazel Dean Whiting-Kienzle died at the young age of 37 years old in Flushing Hospital in Queens, New York from a subarachnoid cerebral hemorrhage, commonly known as a brain aneurysm.
She was survived by her beloved 45 year old husband, Frederick Christian Kienzle, whom she married at the age of 19 on July 13, 1919 in New York, New York.
Hazel also leaves behind their three children, Douglas Frederick "Dougee" Kienzle, age 18, Walter S. Kienzle, age 14, and Ruth Margaret Kienzle, age 12.
Hazel is buried in the grave next to her dear husband's youngest brother Arthur Herman Kienzle and his 13 year old daughter Dorothy and her grave is behind her beloved in-laws William and Dorothea.
