His brother James Drummond, Esq., administered to his estate 17 Aug. 1791, his mother Mary Drummond, widow, having renounced, when he was described as of Sackville Street, St. James, Westminster, bachelor. Further letters were granted, 8 June 1797, after the death of his brother, to his sisters, Margaret Drummond and Mary Drummond, spinsters. He appears to have been a son of William Drummond, of Sackville Street, wine merchant, named as their kinsman in the wills of Admiral Charles Drummond (see his burial 22 Nov. 1771) and his brother Gavin Drummond, Esq.
