Age 79, of Albion passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at her residence. She was born February 7, 1930 in Albion, Michigan to Mefodi "Mike" and Helen (Cherdencko) Zuraviell. On May 8, 1972 she married Edward Hagan who preceded her in death on October 27, 2005. She worked in the kitchen at Indiana University and was a factory worker for McGraw Eddison in Albion. She was a member of the Albion Moose Lodge #406. Nellie enjoyed her family and friends. She is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Oscar) Johnson of Albion, (3) step-children, Dorothy May (David) Sharp of Bloomington, IN, Mary (Gary) Mosier of Martinsville, IN and Elizabeth Ann (Steven) Tuck of Hamilton, OH, sister Irene Zuraviell of Albion, and grandchild Brandi Johnson of Albion. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Graveside Service was held on Friday, May 15, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Riverside Cemetery in Albion, with Rev. Earl Martin officiating. Memorial Contributions are suggested to American Cancer Society or Heart Association.
