Funeral services for Donald Eugene Webb, 77, of Fort Gibson, OK will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Lescher-Millsap Chapel in Muskogee with Reverend Denver Callahan officiating.
Pallbearers will be David Webb, Pat Webb, Leon Clymer, Jimmy Clymer, Chad Morgan and Brent Morgan. Honorary pallbearers will be Franklin Clymer, Brad Webb, Kent Stewart, Andy Webb, Chris Jones, James David Bannon and Todd Webb. Burial will be in Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
Mr. Webb was born December 1, 1930 at McLain, Oklahoma the son of Rife and Gertie (Murry) Webb and died Friday, August 29, 2008 at Fort Gibson. On January 5, 1952 he married Evelyn Lorene Pittzer. From 1951 to 1954 he served his country in the United States Navy. He was a produce shipper, truck driver, great husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Survivors include his daughter, Lesa (Terry) Taylor of Fort Gibson; granddaughter, Deonna (Jason) McCaleb of Owasso, grandson, Terry Don Taylor of Muskogee, granddaughter, Alisha (Duane) Cooper of Fort Gibson; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Lois (Nathaniel) Clymer of Elm Grove, Gay Bannon of Elm Grove, Sherry (Jerry) Jones of Murray, KY, Beverly (Darrell) Morgan of Elm Grove; brother, Howard (Lavona) Webb of Elm Grove; numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Evelyn Lorene Webb; daughter, Donna Lee Tallon; brother, Doyle Marcellus Webb and sister, Norma Jean Stewart.
